The work at Explore Markets Group focuses on business growth from a holistic point of view, and as such, the job environment is very dynamic and broad:

• • You will be working on topics ranging from strategy to implementation, transformation and hands-on operations
  • Our clients can be found in a variety of industries,
  • You will work on client assignments but also be involved in business development and internal
    activities shaping the future of our firm.

Job content includes:

• Management and coordination of client assignments and taking full responsibility for client
  relationships,
• Managing junior colleagues both on client case work and acting as a mentor for their development,
• Full client management responsibility on both on-going case work and sales activities,
• Business development and sales activities including identification of business opportunities, lead
  generation, and client interaction. You will be expected to drive sales,
• Domestic and international travels,
• Strong contribution to the development of our firm,
• Staying up to date on relevant topics and driving thought leadership.

Your qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business, engineering and/or law,
• More than 5 years of work experience preferably from management/strategy consultancy firms,
  alternatively within business development, sales, marketing, or project management,
• Experience in sales, client management and project management,
• Relevant industry experience is a plus,
• Excellent level of English and Polish, both written and spoken.

  problem solving, conclusions, recommendations, implementations, transformations, and business
  development activities
• Day-to-day client management on on-going case work
• Business development and sales activities including identification of business opportunities, lead
  generation, and client interaction
• Domestic and international travels
• Contribution to the development of our firm
• Staying up to date on relevant topics and driving thought leadership

Your qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business, engineering and/or law
• 1-3 years of work experience from management/strategy consultancy firms, business development, sales and marketing, or project management
• Experience of sales and negotiations as well as relevant industry experience is a plus
• Excellent level of English and Polish, both written and spoken.
